Product Refund
When you decide to return a product, please note that the refund will be applied only to the price of the item you purchased, excluding shipping and handling and other associated charges.
Shipping and Handling
The 5 โฌ initial shipping and any cost derived from the return transport are always at the customer's expense.
Product Conditions
In order for us to accept the return, the product must arrive in its original packaging and in perfect condition, just as you received it. Any damage, scratches or signs of use may lead to a proportional reduction in the amount refunded or even the complete rejection of the return if the conditions are not met.
Return Shipping Cost
To facilitate the return, we provide you with a portal where you can generate a shipping label at a reduced rate, but if you prefer, you can manage the shipment independently with the courier of your choice.
Refund Period
Once we receive and check the item, we will process the refund through the same payment method used in the purchase within approximately 15 business days, subject to the operation of your bank or financial institution.
Size Changes
Availability
We will do our best to send you the new size you requested if we have it in stock; otherwise, we will arrange a refund for the product.
Shipping Process
The shipping of the item to be exchanged is at your expense: you can opt for our label at negotiated rates or have it picked up by the courier company of your choice.
Free Shipping
The shipment of the new size, once the operation is approved, is totally free of charge.

SELBI reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns in those situations in which the item does not meet the described conditions or presents unjustified defects.

Each case of a defective or damaged item will be evaluated on an individual basis and, in exceptional situations, we reserve the right to establish special procedures.

Exchanges are limited to the same model and size, subject to availability.
